Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 959) on the following:                                      
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 124 am                                                                           
    "An Act relating to the collection of, and the use of reasonable                                
    force to collect, a deoxyribonucleic acid sample from persons                                   
    convicted of or adjudicated delinquent for certain crimes."

    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(JUD)                                                           
    "An Act relating to the collection of, and the use of reasonable

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 124 am, thus adopting SCS HB 124(JUD), and                                          
recommended that the members vote yes.
